THE MANAGEMENT
Mr. Ben Tuinei
Veritas Dental Resources Founder
Ben Tuinei founded Veritas Dental Resources after recognizing an underserved need in the dental industry: effective negotiation with third-party payors. With over 18 years of experience as a professional public speaker and having worked with over 5000 dentists to influence more than a billion dollars of newly negotiated revenue, Ben's expertise is unmatched. His journey began in 2007, and since then, his proprietary PPO optimization strategies have revolutionized dental practices across the nation.
Jordan Ika
Veritas Dental Resources President
Interested in dentistry from an early age, Jordan started his schooling with the intent of becoming a dentist. He labored diligently and excelled in his courses at Brigham Young University earning high marks in his coursework. His rigorous classes taught him strong critical thinking and helped him appreciate the rigor of coursework practicing dentists need to develop and perform their skills at high levels. Upon completing the DAT, Jordan started shadowing dentists. It was during this time that he realized the performing of dentistry wasn't for him, but that he very much enjoyed working with dentists and their staff.
Jordan began his career in dentistry in 2014 working in practice management, mergers, and acquisitions. It was during this time that he met and partnered with Ben Tuinei. Under Ben's mentorship, Jordan quickly learned the process of negotiations, optimization of contracts, and has developed expertise in PPO restructuring.
Although starting as a receptionist, Jordan's keen abilities helped him rise to more leadership responsibilities within Veritas, serving as Director of Operations, VP of client relations, and Chief Operations Officer. Jordan takes pride in optimizing Veritas's systems to meet the demands and rigors of a constantly evolving PPO landscape. His greatest satisfaction at work is helping clients understand and capitalize on the plethora of choices available to them in contract optimization and restructuring.
Tessina Bullock
Chief Insurance Analyst
Tessina Bullock, affectionately known as Tess, serves as the President of Verus Dental, a sister company of Veritas Dental Resources. Since 2008, Tess has been a dedicated advocate for dentists, fearlessly challenging illegal practices by insurance companies. As a co-founder of Veritas Dental alongside Ben Tuinei, she has established herself as a leading authority on PPO strategies and insurance fee negotiation, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the team.
Myles Tantia
Chief Operations Officer
With over a decade of dedicated service at Veritas Dental Resources, Myles has become an integral part of the team, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She studied Dentistry for three years and eventually shifted to Information Management in college. She has since built an impressive career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Her extensive background spans finance, retail, and service sectors, with notable positions at major companies such as Earthlink, Sprint/Verizon, NetSpend, PayPal, eBay, Barclays UK, and Barclays US. Her career includes ten years of solid experience in supervisory and management roles, demonstrating her capability in handling complex and dynamic environments.
Myles transitioned from the corporate world to remote work in June 2014, taking on the role of Executive Assistant to the company founder at Veritas. Her responsibilities included acting as an Insurance Liaison and serving as the overall leader of the team. Her dedication and skills led to her promotion to Director of Operations in May 2021 and, more recently, to Chief Operations Officer. In her current role, she oversees two LOBs and collaborates closely with leadership teams to ensure smooth and successful operations.
Myles firmly believes that passion for one’s work and positive relationships with colleagues directly influence the quality of output. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and constructive work environment reflects her core values and continues to drive her success at Veritas Dental Resources.

Bryan Tantia
Data Entry & Support Department Lead
With over a decade of experience in the BPO industry, Bryan Tantia has been with Veritas Dental Resources since 2014. He has grown from a Data Entry Specialist to the Department Leader, consistently upholding high standards and supporting his team. Bryan's journey reflects his unwavering dedication to excellence and continuous improvement.
DJ Biscaro
Process, Quality and Workforce Manager
Darryll, or DJ, brings a wealth of teaching and administrative experience to his role as Department Lead of the Client Liaisons Team. His passion for learning and dedication to his work inspire his teammates to strive for excellence. DJ's approach ensures that work remains a blessing, an opportunity to improve, and a means to maximize potential.
Daryl Asendente
Project Liaisons Team Leader
Daryl, a graduate specializing in English and a former volunteer missionary, brings a love for teaching and working with people to his role at Veritas. As a dedicated husband and father, Daryl balances his professional and personal life with passion and commitment. He enjoys cycling and computer games in his free time.
Cherisse A. Omadto
Project Liaisons Team Leader
With nearly seven years of experience as a Client Liaison at Veritas, Che has developed a profound understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and relationship management. Throughout her tenure, she has been dedicated to ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support, effectively bridging the gap between clients and internal teams. Passionate about continuous learning, Che consistently seeks opportunities for professional growth, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Neil Marasigan
Project Liaisons Team Leader
Neil Marasigan has a rich background in the hospitality industry, with experience spanning luxury hotels and international cruise lines. He worked as an Assistant Night Manager for Princess Cruise Line, where he honed his skills in guest satisfaction and learned the value of cultural diversity in the workplace. Currently, Neil applies these principles in his role as a Project Liaison Team Lead at Veritas Dental Resources, where he is dedicated to helping clients grow their dental businesses in alignment with the company's values and mission. Neil is excited to continue learning and contributing to the company's success.
