Do all insurance plans negotiate?

While we do have experience negotiating with all dental plans, there are some areas in the country where some insurance plans do not negotiate. But the good news is that the vast majority of dental plans do continue to negotiate on a regular basis.

With Delta Dental reducing fees in many states, will insurance companies stop negotiating fees at some point in the future?

No. Delta is the exception to the rule when negotiating fees since they have the largest network of dentists. All other insurance plans struggle to maintain doctors in their network and as a result the need to make their netowrks more attractive by negotiating fees is something that we don’t see ever going away.

How much do your services cost?

We fully costomize our services to the needs of every dental practices. To deterimine our fee we perform our “diagnostics” to identify fee negotiating opportutnities. Once we know what we can do for you we will provide a quote for you to consider. 

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes! We will not provide a quote to you unless we know we can fully guarantee our fees. We guarantee that our clients will see a full return on investment within 1 year of using our services. It is not uncommon for clients to see returns that are between 30 to 50 times our fee during our engagement period. As such, our pricing as far less than industry standards compared to the returns that most of our clients receive. 

As a fee for service practice that has no growth, do you recommend joining PPO plans?

It depends. Sometimes many insurance carriers will negotiate fees that are acceptable to fee for service practices. But you have to be careful to not join a dental plan where you already have a lot of existing patients. You may only end up giving big discounts to existing patients with no real payoff in gaining new patients from that plan for a long time. Also, the price to participate with insurance can be 20 to 40 percent of your production. Considering all other marketing and coaching options might be more cost effective than joining dental plans that may require you to write-off more than you can afford. Do you provide billing or coding coaching?

Yes, we fully understand the world of insurance billing, coding, and other advanced forms of insurance administration. While our services are directed mainly at fee negotiations and credentialing we do include a review of billing and coding practices to make sure our clients are maximizing their income opportunities.
